Violette Younes owner and head chef prides herself on serving only the freshest ingredients. She works tirelessly to ensure the best quality and consistency our customers have come to expect over the years. We prepare the freshest shish kabobs. Our grapeleaves are individually handrolled. We make fresh batches of hummus and babaganouj daily. We only use our own homemade dough for our spinach pies and meat pies. Each dish is crafted with passion.
A few Aladdin favorites: Arnabit – fried cauliflower with a tahini drizzle, Kuskus- rice pilaf with ground beef, pine nuts and grilled garlic chicken, Lamb Kabobs, Shawarma- your choice of chicken or steak lathered in a delicious marinade of middle eastern spices then grilled and topped with tahini and veggies, Lamb and Mushroom stew- chunks of lamb and mushrooms slow cooked with garlic onions and a mild curry sauce, & Falafel- our own family recipe chickpeas and spices fried to perfection.
